Ethiopia Sidama Dara Natural

A bright, sweet natural from the highlands of Dara District in Sidama, grown by 305 smallholder farmers on about 406 hectares along the border of Yirgacheffe. Cool temperatures and fertile soils at high elevation produce a lively, expressive cup with vibrant sweetness and nuanced complexity.
