Ayla Bombe — Sidama, Ethiopia
A vibrant, fruit-forward natural from the highlands of Bensa, Sidama, grown by about 600 smallholder farmers around the village of Bombe. High elevation and a slow, carefully managed Improved Natural process give this organic coffee floral elegance, bright fruit, and a honey-like sweetness.

Cherries are floated to remove low-density fruit, then soaked for 12 hours to build sweetness. After that they dry slowly in thin layers on shaded, well-ventilated raised beds for about 28 days, which keeps the cup clear and complex.
