SHIPPING POLICY
Where we ship:
We ship within the United States.
Rates
- Standard shipping: $8
- Express shipping: $15
- Free standard shipping on orders of 3 bags or more
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We do
not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on a Friday
or over a weekend will ship the following business week.
Delivery
Standard orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after
shipping, depending on your location. Express orders typically
arrive within 1–3 business days. These are carrier estimates,
not guarantees.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as
soon as your order is on its way.
Freshness
We ship coffee from our current roast stock. Every bag is
marked with its roast date. Coffee is best in the first several
weeks after roasting, and we don't ship bags that are past
their prime.
Local pickup (Edmond, OK)
If you're local, select "Local Pickup – Edmond, OK" at
checkout. It's free, and there's no shipping charge.
After you order, we'll email you from
brenden@terrunocoffee.com to arrange a pickup time and
location. Please watch for that email — pickup orders are
arranged individually rather than at a fixed storefront.
Because pickup orders are still processed through our
shipping system, your confirmation emails may refer to your
order as "shipped." That just means it's ready.
Problems with your order
If your package is lost, delayed well beyond the estimates
above, or arrives damaged, email brenden@terrunocoffee.com and
we'll make it right.
